That’s exciting as its lots of space to be responsible, build experience and have your say matter – but that means it’s full of challenges too.

We’re playing in a notoriously competitive space and, whilst we’re confident of our future, we know we can’t be comfortable.

Everyone helps everyone to get stuff done. We learn lots and feel like we can each all ask for help. But that does mean our role descriptions can be a bit rubbery at times.

We’re still building and reworking what we do

You get to help question what we do so we can be better, but that does mean things aren’t going to stay the same.

We want everyone who joins to eventually leave a stronger person, and hopefully that you will miss us when you go.
