Our Journey
For more than three decades, XeP3 has helped organisations across healthcare, financial services, logistics, retail, manufacturing and government to vastly improve their operational performance.
Across every sector, the same problem appeared over and over again. Organisations and their teams were losing time and capacity to work that didn’t appear in formal process documentation or role maps.
We call this Noise
The answer was a way to identify Noise, measure its impact and eliminate its causes. That singular focus became XeP3, the research-backed methodology and proprietary software platform Bevington Partners uses with clients today.
Our experts combine the extensive evidence XeP3 provides with the judgement, facilitation and practical support needed to prioritise improvements, recover capacity and turn insight into lasting operational and financial improvement.
Staff understand the exceptions, missing information and workarounds that formal process maps don’t identify. We involve them from the beginning, combining their experience with operational data to reveal where Noise exists.
This ground-up staff engagement strategy helps leaders identify the underlying causes of that Noise and prioritise the process changes that will deliver lasting improvement.
Our expert teams use the XeP3 software to effectively diagnose process inefficiencies, quantify lost capacity and prioritise the most impactful improvements in our clients’ operations.
In doing so, they help organisations redesign their operating models, support implementation and build improved internal capabilities.
XeP3 can be applied to a single team or across the whole organisation. Clients can license it and use it themselves, license it with support from our experts, or partner with Bevington Partners and share in the benefits, with payment based on agreed results.
Each approach helps teams measure outcomes against agreed performance measures and track sustained progress over time through Behavioural Change Indicators (BCIs).
The Bevington Partners leadership team brings a wealth of expertise in operational transformation, process improvement, technology implementation and staff engagement.
They are supported by a network of researchers, advisors and commercial partners who contribute academic research, specialist expertise and industry knowledge.
Diana is CEO of Bevington Partners, co-founder of XeP3 and a recognised leader in operational productivity, process improvement and organisational transformation.
For more than 30 years, she has helped organisations across healthcare, banking, financial services, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and supply chains identify the unnecessary work, process inefficiencies and accumulated complexity that are draining their time, resources and capacity.
Her approach begins where many others do not. Before turning to AI, automation, restructuring or across-the-board cost-cutting, Diana chooses to first examine how work actually gets done in an organisation. Using the XeP3 software platform, she identifies exactly which processes should be eliminated, simplified or redesigned, freeing up teams and the organisation as a whole to focus on work that delivers real and lasting value.
Diana is a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Australia and internationally. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne, has co-authored research on Lean Management published in the Australian Journal of Management and is a contributing author to Leading Improvements and Organizational Excellence in Hospitals (Routledge, 2025).
