Introducing Diana Bevington

CEO – Bevington Partners

Creating Capacity From Within

Diana Bevington

Diana Bevington is an expert in operational productivity, business process improvement and organisational performance, with more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations improve how work gets done.

As CEO of Bevington Partners and co-founder of XeP3, Diana works with leaders to identify the unnecessary work, process inefficiencies and organisational complexities that are consuming organisations’ time, resources and capacity.

Perspective In Strategy

Where Is Your Organisation Losing Capacity?

Before you invest in making work faster, understand what is making it slow. Before you automate the work, establish whether the work should exist.

Productivity From Within

Diana’s focus is on helping organisations improve productivity from within. Rather than starting with new technology, restructuring or cost reduction, she examines how work actually flows across an organisation, where complexity has accumulated and what can be eliminated, simplified or redesigned.

The objective is to create greater operational freedom by freeing up staff time and capacity from unnecessary and unproductive work, allowing them to focus on activities that create real value.
